Pay Range - $ $21-23/hr

Bartech has an excellent contract opportunity with John Deere client for a IT Support Analyst. This role will Provide information technology to partners in the planning, delivery, and/or support of business processes and business practices for strategic business units. . Additionally, this role will:

Job Description

• Support with business systems and Deere system applications
• Handle incoming calls and tickets from Dealers by either resolving the issue whenever possible, or by escalating the issue to the appropriate product team when necessary
• This position acts as Tier 1 support for the Dealers

Job Requirements

• 2 or more years of understanding of computer technology, methodology, and/or full life-cycle development
• 2 or more years of foundational technical aptitude related to applications development environment, database, data management and/or infrastructure capabilities and constraints in order to understand and resolve technical impediments
• 1 or more years of proven experience troubleshooting technical and business process related issues, ability to identify recurring or repetitive issues and drive issues to resolution.
• Proven experience working in a service desk or customer call center environment, with a strong focus on continuous customer service / customer experience improvement
• Experience with working with the Deere proprietary application would be beneficial
• Capable of collaborating with other team members to ensure that features meet business needs
• Skilled in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution
• Proven experience working in a team environment within minimal supervision; team-oriented
• Eager to develop both his/her own skills and those of othersEducation
