Lacework is seeking a motivated IT Professional to join our Global IT Support Staff. We are looking for an individual who can join our team in our Mountain View location. This employee will be responsible for providing end-user support related to laptop hardware & software applications. Employees rely on experience and judgment as well as pre-established procedures and documentation to identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues presented through IT Help tickets. This role requires being a daily in-office employee. You will be working across multiple teams such as IT Support Eng, IT System Eng, and Business System.
