Overview:Seeking a highly motivated, secret cleared IT Support Project Manager in support of an organization located at Hanscom AFB, MA to provide ITIL based, quality, timely and meaningful IT service delivery in support users on both unclassified and classified systems.

Responsibilities:Responsibilities

  • Information System Security Officer (ISSO) Duties to include:
  • Develop, implement, oversee, and maintain customer organization information assurance (IA) program that identifies IA requirements, personnel, processes, and procedures.
  • Comply with the installation WCSO policy and direction.
  • Ensure all users have the requisite security clearances, supervisory need-to-know authorization, and are aware of their IA responsibilities (via IA training) before being granted access to Air Force information systems according to AFSSI 8522.
  • Ensure all users receive IA refresher training on an annual basis.
  • Develop and maintain Certification and Accreditation (C&A) documentation for organization-specific systems connected to the Hanscom Network.
  • Ensure IT is operated, used, maintained, and disposed of properly and in accordance with the IT’s security C&A documentation as prescribed by AFI 17-101.
  • Ensure proper CM procedures are followed. Prior to implementation and contingent upon necessary approval, according to this instruction and AFI 17-101, coordinates any changes or modifications to hardware, software, or firmware with the installation WCSO and system-level IAM or IAO.
  • Report IA incidents or vulnerabilities to the installation WCSO.
  • Property Custodian Support Duties to include:
  • Property Custodian performing hardware asset management responsibilities whose scope includes assisting with compliance of local ECO and DoD requirements, training and use of approved tracking tools/databases/SharePoint sites.
  • Prepare all required documentation e.g. Staff Summary Sheets, Appointment letters, and ROS’s when required for government signing and approval workflow as requested.
  • Perform lifecycle management duties, requirements IAW established guidance and procedures as requested.
  • Provide guidance to customer organization personnel on asset management.
  • Unit Software License Manager (USLM) Duties to include:
  • Ensure customer organization compliance with government, Air Force, and local policies, regulation and processes for software license management.
  • Accomplish local training and utilize approved tracking tools/databases/SharePoint site in performance of unit software license management.
  • Coordinate with the Base Software License Manager (BSLM), Client Service Technicians (CSTs), users, and/or purchasers for customer organization software purchase, installation, inventory, and reuse/disposal.
  • Ensure all software installed on customer organization systems is appropriately licensed, authorized, and recorded in the base software license inventory.
  • Perform an annual inventory of all software licenses and cross check with installed software on customer organization systems.
  • Telephone Control Officer (TCO) Duties to include:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for obtaining telephone services and maintaining accurate telephone line/circuit inventories within the supported organization’s Cost Control Center (CCC).
  • Perform and submit annual inventory of installed voice system equipment, items, and services to the base UC Systems Manager.
  • COMSEC Responsible Officer (CRO)/Secure Voice Responsible Officer (SVRO) Duties to include:
  • Perform CRO/SVRO duties for the supported organization in accordance with AFMAN 17-1302-O.
  • Comply with policy and direction of the base COMSEC manager.
  • Control and account for all organizational COMSEC accountable equipment.
  • Provide immediate notification of COMSEC deviations to the base COMSEC manager.
  • Develop and maintain an organizational COMSEC OI and Emergency Action Plan.
  • Properly destroy COMSEC aids as required.
  • Promptly correct all deficiencies identified during the semi-annual SAVs or IAAP inspection.
  • EIS/SharePoint Site Owner Service Functions to include:
  • Create and maintain on-line collaboration tool content [SharePoint].
  • Ensure content is updated, relevant, transitioned to the applicable EIS tool and complies with published directives and guidance.
  • Provide content management assistance and consultation to subordinate unit sites.
  • Primary liaison with Communications Squadron for the EIS office.
  • Serve as focal point for organizational staff and SharePoint site development activities.
  • Consulting, Advice and Liaison Functions to include:
  • Assess customer organization requirements and current use of IT services.
  • Develop IT services requirements documents.
  • Assist with processing and execution of IT services requirements documents and procurements through AFWay, NetCents, GSA or other Gov approved purchasing process as directed.
  • eMASS Administrator to include:
  • Establish Account Manager rights for NIPR and SIPR eMASS AF instance
  • Process and assign account permission for eMASS for all users within C2 and RCA organizations only (approximately 80+ right now)
  • Manage permission changes (i.e. access to program records, removal, and modification of roles) as needed

Qualifications:SKILLS:

  • Windows Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 10)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
  • Microsoft Office Products (O365/2016) Teams, Skype for Business, Outlook
  • Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently to comply with metric requirements
  • Proficient with computer, network and server hardware
  • Strong troubleshooting skills on both hardware and software
  • Leadership skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated to work on behalf of the customer, the contract and section performance
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Show a penchant to stay up to date with evolving processes and procedures for regular troubleshooting and repairs
