• Job Description
• Experience with sourcing, engaging, and activating passive candidates
• Work closely with managers for recruitment and selection
• Ensure a positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Source and find suitable candidates through advertising, referrals and networking pools.
• Consulted with Account Manager on position requirements in order to effectively source and screen potential candidates
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
• Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiationg employment terms and do reference check where necessary.
• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulation

Requirements

• Min 6 months of experience IT recruitment preferred
• Candidate without IT recruitment experience will be invited to apply and basic training will be provided
• Excellent organisational and time management skill
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Manage wide variety of relationship with our stakeholders
• CEI certification is preferred
