Overview
Data gives Bose the insights and knowledge to help us understand our customers better, provide them with rich experiences and delight them. Data can make our operations run more efficiently, allowing us to provide more value to our customers. The mission of the Central Data Organization (CDO) is to develop and deliver Data Science capabilities and solutions. The organization requires a Program Manager to efficiently and effectively manage operations with goals of increasing time to value, creating excitement around data science, and growing our data talent.
Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage CDO processes, resources, tools (communication/collaboration) and communications, possibly leading a team
    • Build and oversee service portfolio (programs and projects) framework, process, governance
    • Manage university partnerships and resources, engagement and planning
    • Oversee staffing and recruiting process
    • Manage team tools for communication and collaboration
    • Ownership of communication strategy, plan and execution for
      • CDO Strategy
      • Portfolio
      • Programs/Projects
      • Service Marketing
      • Training
      • Internal communications
    • Facilitate CDO leadership operations
    • Manage organization budget/forecast
