As Technology Engineer Associate, you will use your skills to maintain, troubleshoot and advance technology used in cloud and on-premises based environments including administration and integration with various third-party applications and services. You will participate in projects both within IT and interfacing with other ATI business units as well as with third party businesses. You partake in IT process improvement to ensure improved stability, performance and security through documentation, automation, standardization, and other steps as identified by the team lead or management.
What you bring to be successful:
- Bachelor's Degree, IT, Computer Science, or related field; or
- 4 additional years of professional exempt level IT Technical experience in a similar role to substitute for the bachelor's degree
- 3 years of professional level IT systems engineering experience which includes a combination of:
- Participates in technical projects across teams
- Interfaces with internal business units
- Improving processes within IT Operations and other teams
- Identifying and implementing and administering new technology (i.e. MS Teams)
- Azure
- Windows server 2012 R2 +, Active Directory, DFS, GPO and other Microsoft technologies.
- Office365 Administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint Online etc.)
- Terminal Services (Microsoft RDS preferred)
- Scripting (Powershell, etc) and building required automation
- Change management execution

Responsibilities
- As part of the IT Operations team, the Technology Engineer Associate contributes projects and coordinate team members from internal and external groups to drive projects to successful completion
- Provide status updates and reporting on projects to team leads and/or management team
- Participates identifying process improvements within IT Ops and other teams
- Collaborates with Development, QA, Security and Service Delivery to identify, resolve and document issues and processes
- Contributes to improve security policies, initiatives, and compliance reporting
- Ensures performance and stability through the use of monitoring tools and alerting across all in-house and cloud network, server, and platform operating systems and applications, including configurations, testing and maintenance
- Participation in rotating afterhours on call duties
Qualifications
Minimum Education
Required
- Bachelor's Degree, IT, Computer Science, or related field; or

Min Experience

Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Ability to use a variety of processes including documentation, automation, change management, standardization
- Ability to use a variety of technology including: Cloud services (Azure and or AWS), Active directory, Office 365, MS Teams, Active Directory, Azure SSO, fileservers, clustering and network administration, and other current technologies
- Working knowledge of Multi-tier architectures: load balancers, caching, web servers, application servers and databases.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Skilled at working within a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Ability to translate requirements to technical needs.
- Ability to coordinate tasks with multiple users.
- Ability to coordinate tasks with multiple teams and departments.
