Gedeon GRC is looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role supports business development and marketing efforts across various market sectors, contributing to our company's growth and client development initiatives. While working in a multi-disciplinary, cross-functional, strengths-based team, supporting A/E/C client and project perusals. SALARY RANGE: $75,000-$85,0000 annually, Pay commensurate with experienceLOCATION:Remote (local to the NYC Metro Area). This position expects about 10% of travelBENEFITS:90% Company contribution towards all health insurance plans, 401k Match, PTO, Bonus Potential, 10 Paid Company Holidays and much more.RESPONSIBILITIES:❖ Oversee proposal management activities and materials, ensuring compliance and consistency with development schedules, outlines, and other related assignments❖ Source and track project opportunities (e.g., RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, LOIs, SOQs) and prepare for decision-making meetings❖ Attend pre-proposal meetings; assemble proposals as a prime or sub-consultant from start to finish, collaborating closely with consultants and project managers throughout the proposal process❖ Write and tailor resumes, project descriptions, and other related materials to align with client needs❖ Track, document, and report on proposal “wins” and outcomes to provide insights into business development success, identify trends, and support strategic planning for future pursuits❖ Maintain and update the company's marketing and client database, ensuring accurate records for employees and projects including backlog and forecasting❖ Plan, organize, and prepare materials for conferences and other activities; attend industry events and networking opportunities❖ Develop, coordinate, and create high-quality graphics to support marketing materials including proposals, presentations, brochures, announcements, reports, and handouts❖ Assist with the company's advertising and marketing campaigns on the website, brochures, social media platforms such as LinkedIn, etc., as well as via mass emails to clients and consultants related to the industry❖ Research agencies and report on projects for future planning efforts❖ Manage, mentor and support direct reports through training and feedback❖ Review employee progress by setting goals and correcting any disciplinary action❖ Undertake additional related marketing duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:❖ Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field❖ 3-5 years of experience in (A/E/C) marketing required❖ Energetic, creative, flexible self-motivated, self-starter, proactive with good time management skills❖ Familiarity with CRM platforms (Vantagepoint and Unanet)❖ Ability to utilize and submit on agency and consultants' platforms and portals❖ Ability to work efficiently, maintain accuracy, quality, and consistency while prioritizing assignments and handling multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment❖ Experienced with our targeted market areas and services as well as our industry-related clients (A/E/C)❖ Extremely organized and articulate❖ In-depth understanding of professional services procurement practices
