Details of the program:

• The program is open to students at a Junior or Senior level in their Bachelor’s degree program or enrolled in a Master’s Program

• The Internship is for a full year, June 12, 2023 to May 24, 2024

• 29 hours per week during business hours (Business Hours: Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:00pm)

• Paid internship - $18/hour

Location: Mahwah, New Jersey (Hybrid Ways of Working schedule offered)

What you will be doing:

• Work with Digital Service Delivery Manager to validate and reconcile Digital (IT) equipment inventory.

• Assist in creating Employee Digital Engagement Survey, evaluate feedback, and implement solutions.

• Assist and take ownership of various technical tracks from upcoming Digital infrastructure projects like migration of the file and print server in Mahwah, logistical assistance for US and Canada network upgrades (Halifax network, US ports, DNS unifying, etc) and printer services consolidation.

• Actively work with Digital Security Lead on various upcoming initiatives like Cyber-Security initiatives, user awareness campaigns, risk assessments, etc.

• Participate with Digital Service Delivery Lead to provide audio visual support for events and upgrade conference room kits, Town hall kits, and Training Center enhancements.

• Work with various Digital Project Leads to obtain feedback on MS Power Suite builds and maintain and grow them.

• Work with Digital Product Managers on various performance testing tracks for several high visibility application upgrades and enhancements.

• Work with Digital Service Delivery Lead for mobile device (Phones, Mi-Fi devices) analysis and upgrade. Analyze and provide recommendations on service plans, pool data sizing/mapping, and usage. Follow up on user experience.

• Work with Digital Project Leads to obtain feedback on SharePoint Site builds and maintain and grow them.

• Perform other duties as required

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in progress (Junior or Senior), or pursuing a graduate studies degree (Information Technology or related discipline preferred);

• Must have a strong background and interest in digital/computer programming, analysis, and/or operations.

• 3.0 GPA or higher;

• Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills;

• Strong communication and presentation skills;

• High level of professionalism;

• Detail-oriented, self-starter, strong work ethic, team player, ability to build rapport and communicate confidently;

• Ability to leverage insights to draw sound conclusions and translate them into actionable recommendations;
