Skills

Over 3 years of IT support experience in an international environment
Good knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems
Experience with network, Windows OS, Active Directory, Cybersecurity, etc.
Service-oriented with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Install and maintain all user equipment
Deploy and maintain collaboration solutions
Resolve IT support requests and troubleshoot issues
Manage IT stock and supplies
Contribute to global IT support and workplace management evolution

Education

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of Desktop Support experience
