Working Student - Talent Acquisition (m/f/d)

Your mission

You will support our Talent Acquisition team in identifying and attracting top talent across various departments at Ivy. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, VC-backed start-up environment. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in recruitment processes, giving you the chance to contribute significantly to the growth and success of our team.

Your Focus

• Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels.

• Screening: Support the initial screening of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

• Coordination: Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews, and managing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

• Project Support: Contribute to various talent acquisition projects and initiatives as needed.

Your profile

• Educational Background: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program

• First Experience: Prior experience in a business setting or at least completed 1 internship in a fast-paced environment (Start-Up, Consulting, Banking, VC) is highly desirable.

• Passionate about Recruitment: An interest in talent acquisition, with a keen desire to learn and grow in this field.

• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.

• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

  The position is part-time and flexible to accommodate your academic schedule, with a minimum commitment of 3 months. This role can be fully remote or based in our Berlin or Munich hubs. You will be required to log on for 5 days a week for a couple of hours each day to stay on top of scheduling with candidates.
