Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute community engagement strategies to increase brand awareness and user participation
• Manage and moderate online platforms and social media channels for customer interaction
• Organize and facilitate community events, webinars, and discussions
• Gather user feedback and communicate insights to the product development team
• Create engaging content to inform and inspire our community
• Monitor community sentiment and respond to inquiries and issues promptly
• Foster relationships with key community influencers and partners

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in community management, social media management, or customer support
• Strong understanding of the supply chain industry is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to engage and grow a community of users actively
• Experience using community management tools and social media platforms
• Strong organizational and project management skills
