J-CNI Analyst

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the Joint -Conventional Nuclear Integration (J-CNI) Joint Feasibility Study (JFS) Analyst, responsible to the contract Task Manager/Planning Lead (TM/PL) and government JFS Director for the development of the Program Master Plan (PMP), test planning, initial draft of the project's tactics, techniques and procedures (TTP) and concept of operations (CONOPS), input to the Data Management and Analysis Plan (DMAP), development and participation of the project's Joint Warfighter Advisory Group (JWAG) and daily operations as a member of the J-CNI JFS contract team
• Work for the TM/PL and JFS Director, and with the Joint Test Support Cell, sponsoring organizations and contract team ORSA to develop and present the project's PMP to the Technical Advisory Board and Senior Advisory Council to gain successful two year Joint Test charter decision from DOT&E
• Conduct research and planning in accordance with (IAW) the Joint Feasibility Study Director, Joint Test Support Cell, JT&E Handbook and the project's work breakdown structure (WBS)
• Participate in weekly team meetings, provide input to monthly reports, and conduct presentations
• Support the TM/PL with the development and delivery of all contract deliverable items IAW the J-CNI Task Order contract

MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous MAJCOM and COCOM OPLAN experience, preferably with USSTRATCOM NC3 experience.
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Active TS with SCI eligibility

DESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with TTP/CONOPS development
• NC3 experience with USSTRATCOM
• Experience with CCMD Planning
• Experience in T&E, preferably JT&E

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET / SCI LEVEL
