Customer Support Associate (Part-Time)
Jackpocket is looking for a Customer Support Associate to provide outstanding support to end users across multiple channels.
Skills
- Prior B2C high volume support experience
- Proficiency with CS platforms such as Helpshift or Zendesk
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- Experience with social media and app store reviews communication
- Familiarity with payment processing systems and dispute resolution
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and support requests
- Manage ID verifications, ACH requests, chargebacks, and other operational functions
- Communicate with end users via multiple channels to ensure positive experiences
- Collaborate internally and externally to resolve complex issues
- Build and maintain expert product knowledge
Benefits
- Starting rate of $28 per hour
- Part-time non-exempt position eligible for overtime
