January is looking for an energetic, self-motivated and savvy Social Media & Influencer Manager to join as our marketing team. Part strategist, part hands-on content creator, this team-member will have a key role in envisioning, leading and implementing social media marketing campaigns to build an engaged social following. Our goal is to empower our consumer audience to build a healthier lifestyle with January.

Roles and responsibilities:
- Responsible for producing content and copy for social media channels, including static and video content
- Continually develop new ideas, strategies/campaigns to inform, educate, entertain, and engage
- Bring rigor and a science-based approach that has empathy for people facing chronic conditions. This should take into account factors such as: food, activity, sleep, mindfulness, etc.
- Hone our customer-facing voice for the company that is rooted in accessibility and delight
- Design and edit content using tools like Canva or Figma
- Demonstrate ROI of campaigns and initiatives to show how they are impacting the key metrics
- Manage influencers contracts and content. Ensuring deliverables are met as well as CPIs are optimized.
Base qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Strong understanding and in-depth knowledge of all major social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.
- Creator of audience-specific, compelling, engaging, beautiful and fresh social media content that drives users to convert
- Ability to create video content, and comfortable being on camera themselves
- Experience writing easily accessible content for scientific and/or health-related contexts
- Analytical skills that can translate metrics and insights into actionable and measurable results
- Strong and transparent communication partner who knows how to work with a diverse team of stakeholders
- Independent, self-motivated lead who can strategize and execute without much guidance in a fast-paced startup environment
- Super-passionate about health, wellness, lifestyle, and healthcare

- Ability to help craft creatives in something like Figma, Canva or Photoshop/Illustrator (along with general graphic design knowledge)
- Proven history in shooting and editing compelling video content
