Project Controls Manager - Reporting

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive reporting frameworks and processes for project controls.
• Monitor and analyze project data to prepare detailed and accurate reports for key stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with project managers to identify reporting needs and requirements.
• Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement based on data analysis.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to present report findings and recommendations.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance reporting tools and processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in project controls, with significant focus on reporting.
• Robust understanding of project management principles and reporting practices.
• Proficient in reporting tools and project planning software.
• Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on data interpretation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in team settings.
• Experience in civil engineering or infrastructure projects is a plus.
