About The Role

As the Senior Partner Program Manager, you will build and champion our enterprise-level partner program. You will be responsible for creating the journey for how all types of partners can collaborate with Jasper. This role will develop and own the onboarding and activation of partners of all types. They will create the program we use to engage with partners and help select and maintain partner systems as we grow. You will work closely with the Heads of Strategic Consulting and Technology Partnerships to determine the best way to engage with partners to create meaningful incentives that will help us mutually achieve our goals. 

This fully remote role reports to the VP of Partnerships and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.

 What you will do at Jasper

  • Collaborate with the VP of Partnerships to create an enterprise-level partner program that benefits all partner types that we engage with.

  • Work with others in the organization to build a scalable way to educate and engage with partners using existing content and creating what is needed.

  • Build out partner enablement programming

  • Engage with internal stakeholders across sales, product, marketing, and operations — keeping teams aligned and accountable to partnership goals.

  • Drive structured processes, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring our partnership program progresses efficiently and effectively.

  • Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, deal progress, and performance metrics in CRM and partner management tools.

  • Identify and implement best practices to streamline partnership operations and enhance efficiency.

  • Implement and improve partner benefits and incentives to drive partner growth and retention.

  • Track partner performance and analyze data to optimize processes and engagement.

What you will bring to Jasper

  • 8+ years of experience in partner program development and/or complex program management for partners.

  • 5 years of experience working with partner programs in the SaaS, preferably in MarTech.

  • Experience designing and/or building partner programs that include the following partner types: System Integrators, Digital Agencies, Management Consulting, and/or Technology partners. 

  • Experience working with partners to grow a footprint in a hyper-growth technology company.

  • Excellent written/verbal communication, presentation, strategic, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven track record for the ability to plan, pitch, and execute a start-to-finish business strategy.

  • Understanding of the marketing technology ecosystem and the implications of GenAI. 

Compensation Range

At Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected OTE offered for this role is $285,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
