Title: FP&A Analyst – Revenue KPI’s
Location: Remote USA
Reports To: Sr. Director of Finance – FP&A
The Role:
This position will develop, analyze and track revenue and sales Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s). The position reports directly to the FP&A Leader for the company and will play a key part in bringing a more disciplined analytical focus to our revenue performance.
The Impact You Will Have in This Role:
We’re looking for data-driven insights into how our future revenue can be predicted, how we can explain our current revenue performance vs. the prior year or our budget, and what early warning signs we can find to identify revenue that’s starting to move off-track, We believe that the KPI’s that this position will be calculating and tracking provide the keys to managing this business, and this role will therefore have a critical impact on our ability to grow revenue and achieve our targets.

I’m looking for the kind of person who is inherently curious about what they can learn from analyzing large datasets, are disciplined enough to produce the metrics on a deadline each month, and can communicate their findings to both their peers in detailed form and to leaders in a summarized view. I’m also looking for someone who can bring their own ideas around how to structure our data, analyze our results, and improve our processes to produce these KPI’s since this is an emerging are of our business.
