Skills
Over 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role in the logistics industry
Experience in warehouse operation with a PMP certification is a plus
Basic knowledge of IT
Strong analytical skills
Strong interpersonal and consensus building skills
Responsibilities
Defining and maintaining onboarding projects for clients based on product initiatives
Achieving key performance indicators for the onboarding project
Owning the implementation process and project planning for assigned accounts
Being the primary contact during clients' onboarding phase for hardware and software implementations
Collaborating with Sales, Technology, and Operations to meet customer requirements
Monitoring client progress and activities to ensure adoption within scope and schedule
Education
