Job Description

We are looking for a Localisation Project Manager to embed with one of our clients, a global tech company, to support them in delivering creative campaigns for new product launches later in the year.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the entire localisation project lifecycle across all EMEA languages for your allocated product line from inception to delivery
  • Communicating with cross-functional internal stakeholders as well as Jellyfish and other external partners, ensuring smooth running of projects and prompt identification and resolution of issues
  • Taking full ownership of your allocated product line, acting as the go-to point of contact, both internally and externally
  • Managing the workload scoping, briefing process, internal quality control, and at times external client comms to ensure that the team continues to deliver world-class service
  • Interrogate and challenge process and timings as appropriate, ensuring critical business needs are prioritised

Qualifications

  • Multilingual localisation management experience essential
  • 3+ years of project management experience in an advertising agency or in an in-house brand/marketing environment
  • Proven experience in scoping short and long-term workload, confidently managing multiple projects and timelines independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and comfortable having client exposure
  • Adept at building relationships at all levels and inspiring confidence in successful delivery of projects
  • Ability to anayse, prioritise and proactively resolve issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
