Fire Protection Engineering Consultant

JENSEN HUGHES is seeking a Senior Fire Protection Engineer to provide consulting services in fire protection engineering. The ideal candidate will lead a team of engineers and collaborate with various stakeholders on diverse projects.

Skills

Effective written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in CAD/Revit
Project management skills
Knowledge of fire protection engineering principles and codes

Responsibilities

Perform fire protection engineering services such as life safety code consulting, fire protection design, and system commissioning
Develop plans, specifications, and inspection reports
Conduct building code analyses and reviews of fire detection and alarm systems
Manage projects including proposal development and client interaction

Education

Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or higher in Fire Protection Engineering
