Fire Safety and Emergency Management Consultant

Jensen Hughes is looking for an energetic, detail-focused team member to provide exceptional Fire Safety and Emergency Management consulting.

Skills

Excellent project coordination and organizational skills
Public speaking abilities with clear and concise messages
Ability to understand and follow training lesson plans
Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite of products

Responsibilities

Responsible to conduct Fire Safety Training at all levels of an organization, typically in healthcare to leadership, clinical staff and support staff.
Knowledge of applicable codes, standards and regulations including NFPA, Joint Commission, CMS, etc.
Familiar with Emergency Management principles and concepts and able to apply those to emergency management consulting, program assessments, Hazard Vulnerability Assessments, plan/procedure design, training and drills/exercises.

Education

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in fire safety, emergency management, fire protection, fire science, safety, or related degree preferred
