About the opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with executive search experience to join our team! Reporting directly to one of our cofounders, you will partner closely with senior leaders and run our most complex and critical searches across R&D and G&A, including executive hiring, as well as mentor and coach our junior team members as we continue scaling. Jerry is building the first AllCar™ super app to help people save time and money on their car — one of their most expensive assets and a $2T market in the U.S. We are leveraging technology and machine learning to help people optimize every aspect of owning a car including buy and sell, insurance, financing, safety, maintenance, repairs, and more. Since we launched our app in 2019, we have amassed over 5M customers, raised $240MM in funding, scaled our revenue 40X and our team to 250 across 7 countries.

How you will make an impact:

• Own full cycle recruiting across a variety of business areas including product management, software engineering, data science, product design/research, marketing, communications, creative production, legal, editorial content, human resources, finance and operations

• Work closely with our hiring leaders in the U.S, and Canada to develop effective recruiting strategies to meet our teams' ongoing growth needs

• Mentor and support junior team members on the recruiting team

• Continuously review, reflect and iterate on our recruiting and interviewing practices to ensure we are utilizing our team's time efficiently without sacrificing quality

• You appreciate the complexity and nuance involved in delivering a truly stellar recruiting experience, and you are passionate about continuing to perfect your craft.

Ideal profile:

• 8+ years of recruiting experience with progressively increasing complexity in the types of searches you are running

• Prior experience in executive search, in particular technology leaders across product, software engineering, or data science and analytics strongly preferred (bonus points if you have weathered a competitive retained search firm)

• Track record of being successful in a high velocity, output-driven and demanding environment

• Bachelors or Graduate degree in an intellectually rigorous discipline
