Role Overview :

As a Front-End Engineer on the Transactions Team you will be contributing to turning the engaged traffic into leads and paying customers, and improving the business owner’s experience as they engage and transact with their customers and get paid.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop performant and scalable frontend systems and responsive web interfaces, ensuring seamless functionality across different platforms.

• Uphold a high standard of code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.

• Mentor, support, and challenge developers more junior than you to foster growth and collaboration.

• Work closely with designers, product managers, and data specialists in addition to other engineers in a cross-functional setup.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in frontend development

What you bring to the table:

• 4+ years experience in developing responsive web applications using modern frontend frameworks such as: React, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS (SASS/SCSS), JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiar with RESTful APIs and backend connectivity.

• Expertise in cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and UI/UX best practices.

• Able to write maintainable, scalable code with familiarity in testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha) and debugging.

• Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

• Experience with SSR/SSG, accessibility standards (WCAG), animations (GSAP, Framer Motion), design precision, Redux, and GraphQL is a plus.
