Position Title: Jira Administrator

Location: Herndon, VA (Remote)

YSI is seeking a highly qualified Jira Administrator. The selected candidate will be able to communicate effectively (written/verbal), possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be innovative in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Familiar with Agile and Kanban development frameworks and project management
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues
• Able to demonstrate experience supporting technical users and conduct requirements analysis
• Can work independently with minimal guidance & oversight
• Experience with IT Service Management and familiarity Incident & Problem management
• Required Technical Expertise:
• 3 years' experience managing and configuring Atlassian products (Jira Software, Jira Service Manager, Jira Automation) on-premises and cloud based
• Experience with Atlassian Market place add-ons such as Zephyr Automated Test Suite and Script Runner
• Demonstrated proficiency with scripting and automation (bash, python, other programming languages)
• Preferred Technical Experience:
• Experience automating manual tasks
• Experience with Agile processes and other tools in the space (Rally, Trello)
• Experience with identity management, SSO, and license management
• Bachelors Degree in relevant filed
• IAT Level II Certification required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Education:

• Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

• JIRA Admin: 5 years (Preferred)
• Python: 5 years (Preferred)
• Identity Management: 5 years (Preferred)
• Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, JSM): 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CompTIA Security+ (Preferred)
• IAT Level II (Preferred)
