THE ROLE: The Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible for contributing to the ideation and creative development of graphics supporting marketing campaigns, tradeshows and events, bids and proposals, communications, and other digital and print collateral. From concept through production, this individual will work closely with the Creative Services team and marketing to create, execute, and roll-out high quality, impactful materials that align with the brand guidelines. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Develop compelling branded print and digital graphics for a broad range of communications
• Edit and retouch photos (video and audio tracks a plus)
• Create and manage brand templates
• Maintain web-based digital asset management system and database
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors to execute projects on time and budget
• Collaborate with senior design team to produce the final product

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) products
• Proficiency with social media sites graphic requirements, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter
• A creative eye for design and branding
• A self-starter who will take initiative and execute efficiently
• Detailed oriented and organized
• Team player with strong communication, presentation, and creative problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems is desirable.
• Adaptable to changing schedules, multiple priorities and unpredictable events
