As a BDR, you'll be the cornerstone of our growth strategy, engaging with prospects and showcasing how our AI-infused low-code platform transforms business operations. Expect to immerse yourself in Jitterbit’s cutting-edge processes and tools right off the bat. In your first month, you'll learn everything from our value proposition to nuances of our sales processes, ensuring you're well-equipped to articulate Jitterbit's offerings effectively. You will define and tailor messaging for distinct audiences and create outreach sequences that resonate with potential customers. Your objectives will include generating 12 sales-qualified leads per month through a proactive outbound strategy that involves meaningful calls and customized email outreach. Additionally, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams, bringing innovation to our Go-To-Market strategy while documenting key insights from your prospect interactions. A bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of sales experience, particularly within SaaS, will serve you well here.
