Job Description

Our client is a global iOT and SaaS-services company who is looking for a Mexico-based experienced Sales Recruiter. This position is fully remote and a six-month contract that could get extended or turn into full-time. The ideal candidate will have experience working for an in-house or agency recruiting for CSM, Sales and related roles. 

The ideal candidate should have experience in the following:

  • proven success in recruiting for sales roles
  • managing full-cycle recruiting
  • being a talent advisor
  • influencing with data
  • managing stakeholders
  • communicating effectively

Qualifications

  • 3+ year of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team 
  • Proven strategic sourcing skills  
  • Team player with an eye for talent who loves connecting people and opportunities 
  • Target driven, detail oriented, approachable and able to bring up others around you 
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse or equivalent ATS experience 
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
