One of our companies is currently looking for a Director, Partnership Management, APAC in Singapore.

This leadership role is central to driving strategic partnerships across the APAC region, with a focus on payments, fintech, and digital asset platforms. You will lead high-impact initiatives from ideation to execution—working cross-functionally to onboard partners, manage growth strategies, and deliver scalable solutions. Your mission is to build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, aligning partner goals with product capabilities. You’ll be instrumental in unlocking value for both the business and its partners, leveraging a deep understanding of regional market dynamics and a high level of stakeholder engagement.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead strategic relationships with key partners across the APAC region, including wallet providers, financial institutions, and commerce platforms.
  • Manage the full partner lifecycle—from onboarding to launch, ongoing operations, and expansion.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Product, Marketing, and other internal teams to deliver partner success.
  • Develop joint business plans, product strategies, and campaign initiatives that drive long-term value.
  • Provide consultative guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders, resolving escalations and aligning on shared goals.
  • Establish and manage KPIs, performance tracking, and executive reporting to measure partnership health and ROI.

  • 12+ years of experience in Partner Management, Business Development, or Strategic Accounts.
  • Strong background in payments, fintech, or digital asset ecosystems, ideally with experience in Asia-based companies.
  • Demonstrated success managing large, complex partnerships and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and drive execution at scale.
  • Customer-obsessed mindset with a passion for delivering impactful, long-term solutions.
  • Strong ownership mentality with resilience, optimism, and attention to strategic detail.
