One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Solutions Architect in the United States.

We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Solutions Architect who thrives at the intersection of technology, innovation, and customer success. In this role, you’ll partner with global enterprise clients to design tailored, high-impact SaaS solutions while driving seamless deployment and integration experiences. You’ll be the go-to technical expert for strategic accounts, collaborating cross-functionally to identify challenges, mitigate risks, and translate complex needs into actionable architecture. This is an opportunity to work closely with internal product and engineering teams while shaping customer journeys through both consultative and technical excellence.

Accountabilities:

• Architect and deliver end-to-end SaaS solutions for enterprise clients, tailoring each implementation to unique business goals.
• Serve as a technical advisor during pre-sales conversations, simplifying complex systems and presenting actionable plans.
• Author detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) outlining project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Lead complex deployments from kickoff through go-live, guiding clients through configuration, testing, and training.
• Identify technical risks and proactively coordinate cross-functional mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide feedback, identify product gaps, and influence roadmap development.

• 8+ years of experience in SaaS professional services or technical consulting.
• Proven background in leading global enterprise software implementations.
• Strong foundation in computer science, engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
• Expertise in Web Services (REST/SOAP), network architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with CCaaS solutions, Salesforce, and modern CRMs.
• Ability to simplify and communicate technical concepts to a variety of stakeholders.
• Resourceful, customer-obsessed, and solutions-oriented with strong accountability and adaptability.
