You'll have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, guiding their professional growth, while overseeing the entire project lifecycle.Why join us?Benefits We Offer• Health, Dental, Vision, Employee Assistance Program• Paid Vacation, Holidays• Professional Development Opportunities• Telehealth• 401(k) and Profit Sharing• Life InsuranceJob DetailsPossible Locations, Relocation assistance available Sit in Mississippi (some travel to WI location)Sit in Wisconsin (some travel to MS location)Sit in North Carolina (50-60% travel to locations in MS and WI)• Design, develop, and implement automated systems for warehouse operations.• Create detailed engineering plans, process flow diagrams, and system layouts.• Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for automated systems.• Manage the installation, commissioning, and testing of automated systems.• Ensure integration of automated systems with existing warehouse management software and other IT systems.• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automated systems.• Monitor and analyze system performance, making adjustments as needed to optimize efficiency.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation needs and solutions.• Work with suppliers and vendors to source the best automation equipment and solutions.• Train warehouse staff on the operation and maintenance of automated equipment.• Document all automation processes, procedures, and changes for future reference and compliance purposes.• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards in all automated processes.• Conduct regular audits of systems and documentation to ensure adherence to standards• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.• Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to align automation projects with overall warehouse goals.• Stay updated on the latest automation technologies and trends to continuously improve warehouse processes.• Continuously seek feedback from users and stakeholders to enhance system performance and efficiency.Interested in hearing more?
