You'll be asked to• Oversees the administration of budgeting and forecasting,• Asset Liability Management (ALM) modeling and assumptions, ALM Economic Value and NII forecasts, cash flow and liquidity management, and investment recommendations for the Bank.This role also assists in preparing consolidated financial statements and ensures compliance with generally accepted accounting principles. The Chief Financial Analyst is a remote position that reports directly to the Chief Financial Office.Why join us?• Competitive Salary (up to $160-180K, plus bonus), 100% remote if you live in Florida or can relocate to Florida, great benefits and more.Job Details• Oversee Bank's ALM and capital stress testing modeling initiatives, including interest rate risk, liquidity risk, and balance sheet optimization.• Direct and organize the preparation of the annual operating budget, maintaining budget information in the accounting system, reviewing budget variances, and reporting results to management.• Analyze "what if" scenarios for strategic planning, preparing various analytical cost analyses and projections.• Review the cash management position to ensure adequate liquidity for optimal cash use.• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data in ALM and capital stress testing activities to support a robust internal control environment.• Oversee regular updates to model assumptions, including loan prepayment speeds, deposit decay, and betas.• Manage and evaluate balance sheet modeling, net interest income (NII), economic value (NEV), and forecast simulations across multiple scenarios.• Present trends, opportunities, and issues to ALCO and senior management committees, making appropriate action recommendations.Please apply today if this is something you're interested in!Interested in hearing more?
