This is a permanent role that offers a unique opportunity to shape the financial future of our company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic planning, risk management, financial reporting, and budgeting. This position requires a minimum of 10+ years of experience in a senior financial managerial position.• Drive the company's financial planning by implementing strategic measures to ensure sustainable growth.• Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure.• Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations.• Supervise all finance personnel• Manage vendor relationships and oversee the IT department.• Direct the preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, reports to shareholders, tax returns, and reports for government regulatory agencies.• Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.• Design and coordinate a system of internal controls to ensure that company assets are adequately safeguarded and results are accurately reported.• Identify potential risks and create strategies to mitigate those risks.• Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction.Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field; a Master’s is a plus.• Proven experience as CFO, finance officer, or relevant role (10+ years).• In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software.• Ability to strategize and solve problems.• Strong leadership and organizational skills.• Excellent communication and people skills.• An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.• CPA is a strong advantage.Our CFO will be a critical member of our executive team, making significant contributions to our company's strategic planning and financial performance.
