The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a proven ability to manage complex financial processes.Key Responsibilities• Financial Reporting Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses for management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with GAAP and other financial regulations.• Budgeting & Forecasting Develop and manage the company’s budget, including forecasting financial trends and providing insights for strategic planning.• Internal Controls Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial information.• Accounting Operations Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.• Audit Management Coordinate and support internal and external audits. Prepare necessary documentation and address audit findings.• Financial Analysis Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
