As a Litigation Associate, you will play a crucial role in handling a variety of litigation matters, including but not limited to commercial disputes, insurance defense, and personal injury cases.Responsibilities• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation proceedings.• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.• Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, and trials.• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.• Assist with case management and strategy development.Requirements• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.• Admission to the CA state bar and in good standing.• 3+ years of experience in litigation practice.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to advance their career in litigation and make a meaningful impact within our firm.
