This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a challenging yet rewarding work environment, competitive compensation and benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.ResponsibilitiesAs an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our production and quality by ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and mechanical equipment. Key responsibilities include• Performing routine preventative maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, and the physical condition of units does not deteriorate.• Inspecting, operating, or testing machinery and equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.• Diagnosing mechanical problems and determining how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary.• Using tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices.• Planning and laying out repair work using diagrams, drawings, blueprints, maintenance manuals, or schematic diagrams.• Performing minor electrical repairs and troubleshooting electrical components, systems, and subsystems.QualificationsThe ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications• 2+ years of experience as a machine maintenance tech in the manufacturing industry.• Proven experience in mechanical maintenance and electrical troubleshooting.• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to repair and correct malfunctions.• Solid understanding of preventative maintenance principles and practices.• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.• Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Industrial Maintenance Technician who is passionate about their trade, eager to make a difference, and ready to take their career to the next level.Interested in hearing more?
