You’ll need to be registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and have an advanced degree in chemistry, biology, immunology, or biochemistry (or equivalent experience). If you have in-house experience with small molecule chemistry, that’s a big plus. In this role, you’ll draft, prosecute, and manage patent portfolios, provide strategic counseling, and support litigation efforts. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as you’ll be working closely with clients and teams to protect and advance their innovations.Interested in hearing more?
