The successful candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality patient care in a supportive and professional environment. As a Clinical Psychologist in our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, using your skills and experience to promote mental health and well-being.Responsibilities• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments to diagnose mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic interventions.• Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy based on the needs of patients.• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.• Participate in case conferences and professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field.• Provide consultation to other healthcare professionals on psychological issues and mental health interventions.• Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of care in the practice of clinical psychology.Qualifications• Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited institution.• Current and valid licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in the state.• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in the medical industry.• Demonstrated expertise in clinical documentation and record-keeping.• Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and work effectively in a team.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound clinical judgments.• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of current research in the field of clinical psychology.• Experience working with diverse patient populations and a wide range of mental health conditions.• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality.Interested in hearing more?
