Successful applicants will have experience in transportation law or general insurance defense litigation.The following qualifications are necessary for consideration for this position• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.• Must be a member in good standing with the PA bar.• 3+ years of experience in a law firm or similar legal environment.• Proven experience attending and participating in hearings, mediations, and arbitration proceedings.• Strong understanding of legal terminology and principles.• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.• Superior written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.• Strong negotiation skills.• Proficiency in legal research software and platform.Interested in hearing more?
