This is an excellent opportunity for an individual seeking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.Why join us?Excellent BenefitsJob DetailsResponsibilitiesAs a Litigation Paralegal, your duties will encompass a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to• Assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation cases from onset through post-trial.• Conducting pre-claim investigation, legal research, and initial case assessments.• Drafting pleadings, motions, and appellate documents and filing them with the court.• Organizing case files, managing discovery documents, and maintaining case calendars.• Assisting in trial preparation by compiling, coordinating, and organizing evidence and other legal materials.• Facilitating the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders.• Coordinating and attending depositions, hearings, trials, and mediations.• Maintaining pleadings and discovery indexes, organizing exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices.• Assisting attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests.Qualifications• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.• Paralegal certification or degree from an accredited university or college.• Proficiency in legal research tools and citation software.• Extensive knowledge of procedural and substantive law, court rules, and legal documents.• Proven experience in trial preparation and legal writing.• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.• Strong written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.This is not just a job, but a career opportunity to work with a team of experienced legal professionals and make a significant contribution to our firm’s success.
