If you have a deep understanding of lobbying compliance law and at least 8 years of experience, we would love to hear from you.In this role, you will work on key areas includingCampaign finance lobbying and reportingLobbying compliance and reportingLobbying Disclosure Act (LDA)Honest Leadership and Open Government Act (HLOGA)Lobbyist registration and reportingState and local lobbying lawsAudits and tax complianceCorporate political activityElection-related litigationPay-to-play lawsCongressional ethicsPACsGifts and entertainmentConflicts of interestWe are looking for someone with outstanding writing and editing skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to balance multiple priorities while demonstrating excellent research and analytical skills.
