Complementing our expertise, we have an in-house design department, enabling us to self-perform various trades including concrete, masonry, steel erection, general carpentry, and sheet metal roofing and siding.Why join us?Benefits• Great compensation and project bonus structure• Monthly vehicle stipend + gas card• Profit Sharing plan!• Awesome professional growth path!• Company-Paid Medical, Dental, Vision• Paid Holidays off• Great PTO package• 4% 401k match• Additional annual company retirement bonuses!• Top employee safety rating• Inclusive culture!Job DetailsPrimary Responsibilities• Identify scope of work, specifications, and potential risks.• Coordinate subcontractors and trade superintendents effectively.• Review takeoffs, general conditions, and additional requirements.• Cultivate strong relationships with customers, design teams, contractors, suppliers, and user groups in alignment with company values.• Participate in project meetings and facilitate trade coordination.• Develop project critical path schedules and assist in long-term projections.• Prepare Requests for Information (RFIs) and document scope changes.• Represent the company in meetings with owners and subcontractors.• Gather pricing information and estimate change order items.• Support the development of owner pay applications.• Ensure subcontractor compliance with safety standards and regulations.• Conduct thorough reviews of work for accuracy and compliance.• Collaborate on project as-builts and other documentation.• Manage subcontract change orders, including negotiation and approvals.• Oversee project close-out activities, including warranties, final payments, and records retention.Qualifications• Proficiency in project management software, particularly Procore.• Strong understanding of MS Office Suite.• Meticulous attention to detail with an analytical approach to estimating.• Understanding of how estimating functions support construction operations.• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.• Previous field experience in construction industry or skilled trades.• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Interested in hearing more?
