You will be building this location from the ground up for our organization. We will pay for relocation cost as well.General overview of the positionManage the purchase and sale of scrap metal at our Milwaukee, WI location. You will be responsible for non-ferrous trading.Solidify existing relationships with scrap metal suppliers and customers.Develop new relationships with scrap metal suppliers and customers.Work with the operations team to ensure the timely and efficient processing of scrap metal at thelocation.Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing structures and potential business opportunities.Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements and other terms for purchasing and selling ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metal to maximize profitability and foster long-term relationships.Monitor and assess risks associated with scrap metal trading and develop strategies to protect against those risks.Required Education/Experience/SkillsKnowledge of scrap metal grades and industry quality/grading standards by grade.Excellent negotiation skills.Strong understanding of market trends and dynamics.Interested in hearing more?
