Easy Apply now by clicking the "Easy Apply" button and sending us your resume.Salary $100,000 - $115,000 per yearA Bit About UsWe are a publicly traded technology company providing mobility infrastructure management.Why join us?• Opportunity for advancement!• Competitive pay structure!• Excellent benefits package!• Great company culture!Job Details• Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of journal entries, accruals, expense allocations and account reconciliations• Partner with legal, finance, HR and other cross-functional teams on accruals and other accounting-related matters• Prepare and review month-end flux analysis• Process fixed assets, payroll, prepaid expense transactions in Oracle• Create and review Oracle accounting processes on a weekly basis• Responsible for the quality, accuracy, timeliness and documentation of account reconciliations• Assist with auditor requests related to quarterly reviews, annual financial statement, and overhead audits• Improve, develop and implement documentation and processes related to areas of responsibility• Strong attention to detail• Assist with ad-hoc analysis and other special projectsRoleWhat you need to be successful in this role• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or related field• Over four (4) years of accounting experience• Strong knowledge of GAAP• Public accounting and/or public traded company accounting experience preferred• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills• Experience with ERP systems, i.e., Oracle, SAP, etc.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organization skills• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills• Able to communicate with professionals at all levels• Able to work independently and take initiative• Able to adapt to changing priorities• Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines• Detail-oriented• A team playerInterested in hearing more?
