It’s what sets us apart, fuels our passion, and drives us to create engineering solutions that make a difference.Job DetailsThis position will require a candidate with experience in the design of electrical distribution systems, power systems, lighting systems for commercial, and educational facilities including branch circuit and feeder calculations, equipment specification, and emergency power system layout.RequirementsPrepare and oversee electrical power system design having single line diagrams, wiring and elementary diagrams along with layout and circuitry designCoordinate designs and drawings needed for plant electrical systems to meet applicable standards and codesReview supplier drawings conforming with specifications plus dimensional compatibility along with assemblies and componentsInteract with clients, vendors, contractors, architects, and fellow electrical engineers to design required coordinated designsPrepare construction documents along with schedules and specificationsDevelop accurate and precise product designs that comply with drafting and company standardsReview and coordinate vendor design documents review to ensure comply to design requirementsProvide quality assurance checks of electrical, control detail engineering and design project deliverablesCompare project budgets along with schedules to coordinate multidiscipline groupsSelf-starter.Job QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering technology degree6-8 years of work experience with an engineering consultantProficient in Revit , Navisworks, and AutoCAD design softwareProficient in Microsoft Office Suite software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Project Coordination abilityAbility to self-assess and command a high level of accuracyStrong oral, written, and communication skillsExcellent time-management and organizational skillsInterested in hearing more?
