These roles are long-term contract positions, requiring W2 employment. Your focus will be on software engineering, with an 80% emphasis on development and a 20% emphasis on integrating testing and quality assurance. Apply now and take the next step in your career!Job DetailsEducation And Experience RequirementsLead Software Engineer• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.• At least 10 years of relevant experience, or equivalent training and/or work experience.• Extensive system design experience.• Strong object-oriented development skills.• Advanced experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS.• Expertise in data storage technologies and performance tuning.• Solid experience in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline management.• Proficiency in test automation, unit testing, and software security.Senior Software Engineer• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.• At least 7 years of relevant experience, or equivalent training and/or work experience.• Strong system design experience.• Proficiency in object-oriented development.• Significant experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS.• Knowledge of data storage technologies and performance optimization.• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.• Skills in test automation, unit testing, and software security.• Previous experience in the financial sector or with financial systems is highly desirable.• Must be authorized to work in the USA and eligible to work on a W2 basis (no 1099 or C2C options available).Interview ProcessRound 1 A 1.5-hour software development exercise focused on Java.Round 2 A 2-hour exercise dedicated to developing a test strategy for a hypothetical product.Interested in hearing more?
