We’re looking for an eCommerce Marketing Manager to lead all things creative for Brutus and Barnaby.
We need someone who can balance strong creative vision with practical project management.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring our packaging overhaul goes smoothly and that all our creative content is consistent with our brand identity.
In this role, you will:
🐾 Oversee all creative content (packaging, product images, ads, and more)
🐾 Design and maintain the brand book ensuring consistency
🐾 Build and manage a project-based design team
🐾 Organise and archive digital assets
🐾 Run A/B tests and survey creatives for the best performance
Working Hours ⏰: The role is full-time, with working hours from 12pm-9pm CET with one hour for lunch, this ensures a few hours overlap with 9am-6pm EST.
To excel in this role, you need to be:
✅ An experienced graphic designer
✅ Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (or similar tools)
✅ Strong in project management
✅ Able to run projects from ideation to completion
✅ Experienced in A/B testing and surveying creatives for optimization
Brownie points for:
⭐ Experience in the pet industry
⭐ Familiarity with Amazon/eCommerce brands
⭐ Knowledge of tools like Intellivy
We’re looking for someone upbeat and easy to work with, who loves communicating and working on creative projects. If you're detail-oriented, a great communicator, and have a strong sense of design, you’ll fit right in!
What’s in it for you?
💰 $2,500-$3,500 per month*
🕒 Full-time, fully remote role
🏝 20 days paid time off and 5 sick days
