Right now, we’re looking for a Customer Service and Admin Assistant. 

We need someone who is enthusiastic and detail-oriented, ready to support our team and provide exceptional service to our customers at Victoria Eggs. 

You’ll be responsible for managing sales data, liaising with customers, and ensuring smooth communication across different areas of the business.

In this role, you will:

📝 Process Trade Orders

💻 Provide Customer Service; liaise with B2B and B2C customers, along with the warehouse

👥 Support our Account Manager with sales inquiries and projects

📦 Handle Shipment and Customs Enquiries

🌟 Manage our Online Sales Platforms (e.g., Faire Marketplace and Etsy); update prices, descriptions, photos, respond to customer messages, accept orders, and update shipping dates

📋 Conduct Weekly Stock & Order Management

📊 Perform Data Entry

📓 Handle all administrative tasks related to marketing, including updating photos on our PR platform, Press Loft, and creating engaging newsletters with provided guidance.


Working Hours ⏰: This is a full-time position with UK working hours. Either from 08:30 am to 17:00 pm or 09:00 am to 17:30 pm, with an hour lunch break.

To excel in this role, you need to have: 

✅ Excellent written and spoken English

✅ Proficiency in Excel

✅ Great attention to detail

✅ Excellent time management skills

✅ Desire to improve processes

✅ Positive attitude and eagerness to engage with and help customers

Brownie points for: 

⭐ Basic Photoshop skills

⭐ Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator

What’s in it for you?

💷 Salary : £1,000 to £1,400 per month, depending on experience*

🏡 Full-time : Fully remote position
