Our smart security device sends immediate notifications to your phone, ensuring you’re always in the know. Our journey has been remarkable. What began as a small startup has grown into a thriving business with over 20,000 satisfied customers. We sell more than $1 million worth of devices annually and generate over $2 million from our subscription service. Most of our customers are based in the United States (about 60%), with the rest from the European Union (around 40%).

Our dedicated team, based in Slovenia, includes key roles such as our CEO, who drives our vision and investor relations; our lead developer, who oversees our website and development projects; a senior developer, who handles coding; our Head of Office, managing day-to-day operations; a warehouse worker, responsible for packing and shipping; a customer support specialist; and a social media expert, who enhances our online presence.

As the Technical Customer Support, you will be pivotal in delivering excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

📅 Collaborating with the customer support team by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

📧 Identifying opportunities to improve our support processes and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

📈 Seeking ways to optimise our customer support across various channels, primarily Zendesk and email, and adapt based on feedback.

🤝 Understanding customer pain points and offer solutions that meet their needs while adhering to company policies.

📝 Working with other team members to enhance our overall customer service.


Working Hours ⏰: Working hours during initial onboarding and training will be between 9am-4pm CEST. Hereafter, regular working hours will be from 8pm to midnight CEST, Sunday to Thursday.

To excel in this role, you need to have: 

✅ 2–4 years of Customer Service experience.

✅ Strong English skills for clear and effective communication.

✅ Technical proficiency.

✅ Proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets.

✅ Familiar with the Zendesk support platform.
