We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our marketing efforts and drive growth for both our Company and our Clients. In this client-facing role, you’ll manage social media, marketing collateral, and CRM operations while offering strategic recommendations to enhance our brand presence and sales opportunities. You will be responsible for managing and implementing all marketing initiatives.  You will also support new business growth through your focus on the Company pipeline, nurturing prospects and referral sources. 

Key responsibilities:

📅 Develop and execute brand strategies, including collateral, blogs, and graphics.

📧 Manage and engage on social media platforms, including LinkedIn for the Company and President. 

📈 Create and share engaging content to promote the company brand and drive traffic

📝 Prepare materials for presentations and podcasts. 

🤝 Manage the lifecycle of marketing and brands opportunities to include, speaking engagements, podcasts and all media opportunities.

💼 Oversee CRM, ensuring accurate data, reporting, and creating automated workflows

📋 Manage and nurture the prospect and referral source pipeline

📊 Manage client projects and communications related to projects and task.

🤝 Lead client marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring growth and client satisfaction.

Working Hours ⏰: Full-time, ideally 6:00 am to 3:00 pm EST (flexible depending on the day).

To excel in this role, you need to have: 

✅ A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

✅ At least 3 years of experience in a marketing role

✅ 1 year or more of digital marketing experience

🧑‍💻 Proficient with Google Workspace, Canva, Graphic design tools, and CRM software

🤝 Able to work independently and collaborate within a team

Brownie Points for:

⭐ A Master's degree in Marketing or a related field

⭐ Experience in law firm marketing
