For more on Kastle, visit kastle.com What You Will Do: As a Human Resources Apprentice at Kastle, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the dynamic field of human resources. You will work closely with our HR team to support various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This apprenticeship provides a unique opportunity for a motivated recent high school graduate to learn and grow in a professional environment while contributing to the success of our organization. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1. Employee Relations: - Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance HR knowledge and skills. - Help organize and facilitate employee engagement activities and events. - Support the planning and execution of employee resource group activities and initiatives. - Assist in coordinating diversity-related surveys and feedback mechanisms. 2. Support Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives: - Assist in the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion programs and initiatives. - Collaborate with the Diversity and Inclusion Manager to organize events, workshops, and training sessions. - Help promote awareness and understanding of diversity and inclusion topics among employees. 3. Data Analysis and Reporting: - Collect and analyze data related to diversity and inclusion metrics. - Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations. - Contribute insights to inform decision-making and strategy development. 4. Recruitment and Outreach: - Assist with outreach efforts to attract diverse talent to our organization. - Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure inclusive practices throughout the hiring process. - Help develop strategies to enhance diversity in candidate pipelines. 5. Administrative Support: - Provide administrative assistance to the Diversity and Inclusion Manager, including scheduling meetings and maintaining records. - Assist with the creation and distribution of diversity-related communications and materials. - Ensure accurate and timely documentation of diversity and inclusion initiatives. Requirements: - Current 12th grade student or recent high school graduate. - Genuine interest in diversity, equity, and inclusion issues. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for promoting inclusivity. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Demonstrated commitment to learning and personal growth.
